Sharron Smith, Operational Services

Sharron is a Registered Nurse by profession.  She has worked in a variety of health care settings demanding precise clinical skills, perceptive and dynamic communication and leadership skills, and organization management.

She began to specialize in geriatrics in 1982 and has successfully completed the Canadian Hospital Association- Long Term Care Organization and Management certificate program.

 For six years, Sharron was Chapter President of the American College of Health Care Administrators and for two years was Regional Director of the Ontario Long Term Care Association.  She brings expertise from her hands on experience in managing three long term care homes, human resource management, and labour relations.
