We offer facility project management from pre-design to occupancy. Our collective years of service in the long-term care industry, have taught us many of the dos and don’ts of functional processes and physical layouts related to the operational design of a long-term care home.  This experience includes the first-hand knowledge and ability to work hand-in-hand with Ministry of Health staff in preparing a home during pre-occupancy.  Our library of policy and procedure manuals simplifies the tedious process of developing these home specific documents prior to opening.  The services offered also include staff hiring and project oversight during construction.
