Departmental Reviews

A comprehensive on-site review of a specific program area or department.   This type of review focuses on the identification of areas that need improvement, staffing patterns, core functions, departmental processes and systems and provides benchmarking data.  The recommendations are aimed at enhancing efficiencies, improving quality of the program or service delivery and outcomes.  We are available to assist with the implementation of the recommendations.
