A training program on the interpretation of the Resident Classification indicators, a review of documentation processes, and a follow up audit of care plans and clinical notes.  We include the front line staff in the education and follow up audit to ensure the documentation is reflective of the care level provided.  We provide assistance in the implementation of the Canadian RAI-MDS.
