Bill Dillane, President, Responsive Health Management Inc.

In his capacity as President of Responsive Health Management Inc. Mr. Dillane oversees the operations of three long term care homes in Toronto. He also provides financial, operational, strategic, consulting and advisory services. 

Previously, Mr. Dillane held the position of Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Chief Operating Officer, for Retirement Residences REIT, which is the largest owner/operator of long term care and retirement home facilities in Canada.

Mr. Dillane has focused entirely on health care management for more than 30 years. His experience includes the administration of private hospital, nursing home, retirement and assisted living complexes, and the operation of facilities through contract management.

Mr. Dillane participates on a number of proprietary and not for profit boards and organizations including ADDUS and The National Initiative for the Care of the Elderly (NICE Network), and is a founding member of the Canadian Alliance for Long Term Care (CALTC). He is also the past President, Board of Directors of the Ontario Long Term Care Association (OLTCA)
